A pleasant time

Had by all.

But is pleasantry

All

That is wanted?

Is that why we orbit the sun?

Lord knows we need pleasantry

As much as we need air, fire, and water.

But what more?

What can be?

And will be

Us to describe?

A pleasant fellow indeed.

It is pleasant

Not to starve an orphan,

And,

It is pleasant

Not to poison a well,

Yet we do these things

In our pleasant innocence.
